Questions we get

Yes. Beds are made when you arrive, and bath towels are set out. Bring towels for the lake. The bath towels stay inside. We wash the linens between stays.

Each drive holds two vehicles and one boat trailer if you tell us the length when you request the stay. The trailer sits on the gravel, not in the yard. The boat slip is separate. That is for a boat already in the water, $45 a night demo price, when the slip is open.

Each house has Wi-Fi. It will stream a movie. Do not count on it for a long work call on a Saturday, when the tower near the marina is busy. The network name and password are on a card on the fridge.

Dogs are welcome at The Bluff House and The Marina House. Two dogs, $75 demo price for the stay, not per night. Please keep them off the furniture and pick up in the yard. The Cove House does not take pets. No cats at any house.

No. The slip is an add-on. It is a floating dock with a walk ramp to the bank. If your boat is in it, we tie the bow and the stern and put white fenders between the hull and the dock. We do not take houseboats in the slips. Those belong at a covered marina.

We do not own a rental fleet. Say so in the request and we will pass your name to the pontoon desk at the marina. Their sample day rate on this demo starts at $350. That is their number, not a charge from us.

Check-in is 4 p.m. Check-out is 10 a.m. The morning you arrive, Anna texts the door code. Quiet hours are 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. If you are late, text the same number.

On a real stay, cancel 14 days before check-in and we refund the stay. Inside 14 days we keep the $250 demo deposit. This website never collects that deposit. A windy day on the lake does not cancel the house.
