All three are on the Russell County shore, a short drive from Jamestown and Russell Springs. A week is seven nights.

A shorter walk down to the floating dock. Good for families who want to be in the water before breakfast.

The Marina House
The smaller house, easy for a long weekend. A covered marina for fuel, ice, and a pontoon is about five minutes by car.

Why book direct
Booking sites usually add their own guest fee on top of the house. We do not. You get the demo price on this page, and you get us.
You talk to us
Anna or Mark answers. We live in Russell Springs. You are not waiting on a call center that has never seen the cove.
The posted rate is the rate
Every price on this site is a demo price. There is no guest fee from a booking site stacked on top. The pet fee and the slip, if you need them, are listed too.
We know which cove is calm
Saturday traffic on the main channel is real. If you want a quieter swim, we will point you toward a cove instead of handing you a generic pin.
The dog question is a straight answer
Two houses take dogs, with a $75 demo fee for the stay. The Cove House does not. You will know before you send dates.
Slip, pontoon, dogs
None of these are hidden. If you do not need them, they are not on the total.
Boat slip

When the slip is open. Your boat.
Each house can add a slip. It is a floating dock with a walk ramp to the bank, not a dock sitting out in open water. If your boat is on it, we tie the bow and the stern and put white fenders between the hull and the dock. Tell us the length. We do not take houseboats in these slips.
Pontoon introduction

We do not keep a rental fleet. If you want a pontoon, say so in the request and we will pass your name to the operator at the covered marina. The sample day rate on this demo starts at $350. That money is theirs. We do not add it to your house total.
Dogs

Bluff House and Marina House. Two dogs.
The fee is once per stay, not per night, and not per dog. Keep them off the furniture and pick up in the yard. The Cove House does not take dogs. No cats at any house.
